Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? I have adjusted the cables.
Send the grips back they are defective. The edge of grip is warped. It is not perfectly round and level. Remove the grip and follow edge with your finger and you could feel and see that it is warped.

I just sent my ISO grips back last week for the same problem. I looked inside the throttle grip and saw some hard glue like substance towards the end of the grip! Tried to chip it off, then said to myself, this is totally unacceptable and I am not going to try to fix their problem. I am suppose to get new ones tomorrow, I will update if I keep them - thinking about Performance Machine grips.

Please don't over look, sometimes it could be the throttle thumb screw being too tight. Take a look! Back off a couple turns and see.

Got my second set of Kuryakyn ISO grips today and first thing I did was look inside the throttle side grip and sure enough another glob of hard glue near the end of the grip. Not as bad as my last set but not acceptable to me, the last thing I want is a sticking throttle so I am done with these grips.

I am having the same problem with my transformer grips. I have already loosened the thumb screws and tried sanding the grips and housings and still no luck.

I went with the HD Get-A-Grips, no glue, easy install.
