Cant remember de company but someone does a white add on to the tire that you squeeze between the rim and the tire itself and by memory its not pricey.

An affordable and simple alternative to full-priced white wall tires are these Port-O-Walls, also known as White-Ribbons or Whitewall Toppers. Made completely of durable soft rubber, this simple addition drastically changes the appearance of your ride. Easy to mount, no special skills or tools needed.

They are held in by place by air pressure from the tire and the bead of the rim. The inside edge of the Port-O-Wall is pressed on the lip of the rim causing it to lay on the tire.

Available in many sizes and widths.

The important question is whether these Port-O-Walls, can be put on alloy wheels with tubeless tires?

White walls, Just something more to clean. I wouldn't put them on a Dyna. More of a bagger thing. IMO

If you use Port-O-Walls on a motorcycle, you had better glue them down with rubber cement. If you do not, they'll start flapping at higher speeds - not as bad as a tank-slapper, but it will get your attention. (Paraphrasing my father who describes his experience with these in the '60s.)
