AGV Demon FF with Gold shield to match the bike. At times I miss the AK88, until a huge bug smacks me in my line of sight. I want a Simpson bandit, if anything, just for the looks.

I had a generic brain buckety helmet I lost in my crash, it did the trick and saved my head just fine. That said I'll never wear something that stupid again. I came from sport bikes and started with full face, and that's where I'm heading back to.

Cvaria's most recent thread is just extra reinforcement on why I roll with the full face.

Maybe I'm out of line here for assuming, but I doubt the pack of club members that burned past me doing nearly 90mph yesterday were "hella retarded".
Yeah i think Cvaria's experience may influence a few people to go full face

I used to wear Shoei Platinum 3/4, very quiet but got sick of mask and goggles so now i use a Shark full face i had from a few years back, love it, put it on and off you go

Looking at updating to a quiet Shoei FF when i can,

I use to run with either daytona half or 3/4 for about 3 years until I decided I wanted to wear a full face. Im wearing a Bilt techno bluetooth helmet now. Not a bad helmet for the price but I do plan on upgrading to a Shoei RF 1200 in the near future with a Sena 20s attached to it.

I use to think that way about the full face helmets but for those longer hauls or just riding in crappy weather I love it. I also got tired of feeling like my face was getting sand blasted especially when I was behind tow trucks and landscaping trucks on the highway. I still have my half and 3/4 but I will use my half for the quick errand trips when it's outrageously hot and humid out. My 3/4 is mainly collecting dust. I did take one hell of a ball busting from family and friends when I made the switch!
