Default Which Slip On's...??

Need to make my mind up over which Slip On's to fit to my 07 FXDC when it arrives in a few months.

Have heard an 07 Bob with SE Slip On's and one with V&H Slip On's and I'm leaning towards the Vance & Hines ones at the moment as they sounded and they look that bit nicer.

Are there any other options for Slip On's other than these two....?

Appreciate any thoughts on which is the best option for slip ons.

I like my Vance and Hines. I think the Rineharts are great too, I just didn't want to spend that much since I eventually plan on installing a 2 into 1 on it.

Unfortunately, that's not really an option over here anymore on a new HD, as to meet the ever increasing nanny state Euro legislation, HD have come up with this 'Active Intake and Exhaust' system, with these ECM linked flaps in the fuel and exhaust systems, so, slip on's are all you can realistically do now for 07 bikes over here.

Complete exhaust replacement can be done at a high price that involves buying in a complete new USA spec fuel system and ECM etc to swop over enabling you to remove all the active flap rubbish.........

But all that and a new set of pipes will cost huge $$$$$ or rather £££££££........[:@]

Cycle Shack makes a good slip-on for a nice price, around $150 for a pair. The company has been around a long time.
I have the tapered ones on my 2001 Superglide and they sound great.

I have the Rush slip-ons. They have a eally deep tone and look like the old SE II's. They can be heard at http://www.epiflex.com/rush_motorcycle_mufflers.html Go to Dyna, then scroll down, click on Choose Your Rush then play.
It will open up windows media player and play a video. It sounds good on the video but alot better in person. Just my opinion, Good Luck!

I had the Cycle Shack ones. I'd buy them again if I went that route over.

CYCLE SHACKS are awesome. They have a great Harley tone and perform better than most full systems. I have them on all my bikes and will use nothing else. Call Jireh Cycles and order part 64-440 for $104 shipped.

I have a set of DynoPower slipons and they look alot like the factory tapered slipons but they sound great, and best of all I paid under $120 after shipping.
