She would only be too quick to point out if it had been regular price, I would have saved $320 by not buying it at all!You cant win these things, I will just take my lumps and move on!

I'll have to find that article now as well. Got a copy of it?

Default Intiminators in Street Bob

I just had Intiminators installed in my 2010 Street Bob and love the difference. I hit bumps on the way home from the dealer just to test them out and was amazed how much they absorbed the jolts that were felt prior to installation. It makes the ride much more enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to improve their front suspension.

Personally, I own them but not necessarily agree with the "OMG! I can't believe the difference" crowd on this forum.

A lot of folks have simply upgraded the fork springs and said they were quite happy. Much cheaper option.

Progressive has the monotube cartridge but I think they only make it for softails at this time. Although, if they have it for softail customs which has a 49mm wg front end I'd think it would work.

What is the difference in effect between the intiminators and a change of front fork springs to progressive ones? I am still torn between getting the intiminators to drop in or changing out the front fork springs + heavier oil.
