Well, it didn't sell. He didn't make his minimum. The buyers are a little smarter than the seller. Someone hoping to get a bike cheap since they knew the seller didn't know what he had. Trying to figure out why he's selling it in the first place.
I'd definitely call him out if you see it reposted. There was no "anniversary" color in 2011. That is Sedona Orange. A very nice color, but nothing special. No ABS unless the dealer figured a way to add it aftermarket. And like icecaps pointed out, it should still be under the factory warranty with 116 miles on it. And really, what would pgagolfpro(note his e-mail) know about riding a bike?

i wrote him a note, a tasteful note, explaining how his bike as posted could not have ABS and how he could verify factually. he chose not to respond and did not explain anything in the auction. closed for me, but i hope he has the gumption to get it right when he tries to resell it. i'm glad i called foul on him. thx for the feedback.
