Kuryakyn Pro-R Hypercharger Air Cleaner Kit

http://www.jpcycles.com/product/401-735

So I want one simply b/c they look badass. But I hear they are really for looks only... Please tell me it's a lie. Convince me it's worth it and there are some advantages to having this air cleaner.

Don't do it.
Leave your bike stock.
I recently installed a K+N high flow that retains the stock cover.
I actually get compliments on the stock cover looking better without that plastic backing.

I talked to two people that build bikes and mentioned it and they both gave me the thumbs down. SE breather kit with the R filter was the overall favorite.

read a long time ago where tests were done that actually show the hypercharger restricted air flow more than the factory job. That and the knowledge that its cheap korean (or wherever the f*** kuryakyn is made) junk would keep me away from one

what about. "adding a high performance air cleaner will lower the life of your engine, and then you'll need to rejet everything, but with this POS it will be ok"

right>?!
