I like my scorchers as good as any I have had. They seem to handle the road snakes better than the dunlops I had on my Sportster. The only thing I don't really like about them is there is a little vibration when you turn corners on the edge of the tire. Other than that they are quiet and hold good in the rain.

Went with the metz radial
a bit wider than stock in the numbers but actually looks the same width as the stock dunlop
Works great. I also used a radial tube for wire rims.
I have used metz on my last three bikies. Great proven tire. Why risk it?

I'm a Metzler 880 guy. Do you see a pattern developing here?

A friend loves his Dunlop E3s dual compound tires, made a big difference with the softer compound in the twistys. Not sure if they are available in those sizes.

the michelins work well in the mountains. I ride in mountain passes about 50 percent of my riding time and I am perfectly happy with the michelins. I think they are way better on wet pavement then the dunlops. they are way better anyway then the dunlops. My 2 cents.

We offer Metzeler and Avon tires, but the majority of our customers stick with Metzelers. Great tires.
