Default Question about Kuryakyn ISO Pegs (Male Mount)

I have a couple of questions about the Kuryakyn ISO Pegs (Male Mount) I just bought (Part # 8028).
1. Can you remove the black rubber inserts in order to powder coat them (and then put them back)?
2. What type of heel rest would work with these pegs (black would be best)?
3. If anyone has a set of heel rests that would work with these pegs, I would be interested in buying them.
Thanks in advance.

Take the hex head bolt out that goes through the hole peg and they will come out.

it will loosen and then you can take it apart from there
kuryaken makes heel stirrups for those pegs and they are very popular
dont know if they come in black

Thanks guys. I think I will need to use a hex bit and a ratchet to get the bolt out. Do you happen to have a part number for the heel stirrups?
