As far as I know yes. I bought a set of Vance and Hines big shots staggered last summer for my new bike. There is a place called Drag specialties that has a reducer that will go from the 18 mm hole down to the 12 mm required to fit the 02 sensor probe. They were back ordered at the time so I took mine to the Myers/Duren Harley and they welded a reducer in for me. Bike runs just fine also.

Samson has direct bolt on exhaust for all 2012 model Harleys that do not require an adapter kit or extra costs. They are all in stock and we have been shipping them since September. Just order the pipes and you are ready to go.

If you're going to run some sort of fuel management system, the O2 sensors will be replaced by bung adaptors. Just order the bung adaptors with the pipes. Jamie at www.fuelmotousa.com will get ya hooked up with pipes and programmed fuel management.
