what parts are you using for you speedo mount? I like the way it sits on there, will those work on 4' pulled back risers? Any info is appreciated. Thanks
That is an Accutronix guage mount for 1.25" T-bars with a 2005 and later guage housing. The 2005 version is 2 pieces instead of like the 1 piece 2006 mount.

The Accutronix mount is about $100 and the 2005 part was $10 on Ebay.

You can get the Accutronix mount to fit different sizes like 1" bars, etc. I think that the chrome cable clamps would work also...moun the clamp to the bars and then mount the guage housing to the clamp by putting the bolts in the holes where the wires go.

The set up on the Superglide in the pics is my brother's. I have the same set up on my Bob before we did his, and just by chance, I took one of my 1.25" Cable clamps and tried it on the riser...it fit so we went ahead and bought the same bars and risers for him.

He already had the guage mount so it worked out well.

You can measure the diameter of your risers, but unless they are round in diameter the guage mount may not work well...I know that I have some 4.5" risers and they are not completely round...they have flat sides. You could probably put some rubber in there to take up the space.

The risers are only $35.00 from www.KCInt.com and are a copy of the Duece risers. They have a flange on the bottom that you have to cut / grind flat.

I hope that doesn't sound too confusing!

the bars on my bob have a 1" rise with factory risers. They are not that uncomfortable.

Personally, I thought the beach bars on a bob looked much better but the drag bars are definitely unique. I was going to explore a few options myself but when it came down to it, I think apes are the trick!
