I have a 05 Dyna Superglide Custom. Removed old bars and installed chrome lowrider bars with factory 1" risers. The bars pictured on the Bob have much less rise tha the LR bars

The bars in the pics look like Flanders cafe to me. http://www.flandershandlebars.com/ My bars are Harley XR1000 bend.

That is a very nice glide man, i like those bars too. How is the reach and Riding Position for ya? Thanks for the info, looks like flanders gets my business. Now I just got to decide if I want the cafe or the ones you have.

I am 5'10" and the bars fit me just right. I do like a slightly forward stance however. The Harley bars are only $32 plus shipping from Zannotti HD. At that price you can afford to try them........

Anyone got a pic of themselves or someone else riding a glide with drag bars? Hard to picture with the stock apes feeling like there the only place bars could be comfortable how it would look.

here's an old picture of my 98 superglide. The bars are hard to see in the pic but they had very little pullback and no rise. They were mounted on 4" pullbacks.

I'm 5'10" and I wouldn't say that they were comfortable but tolerable...they felt and looked cool tho.
I don't think at my height I'd use those bars with straight or short risers...too far to reach is a killer on the back.

good luck

Just installed drag bars and Duece risers on my Bob and my brother's Superglide. Thebars and risers are both 1.25" and have a nice beefy look to match the front end.

I have the Reach seat so they are very comfortable for me at 5'7" and my stubby arms! I needed the Reach seat to comfortably "reach" my forward controls anyway.

My brother is a little taller and likes the setup with the stock seat. I can tolerate it, but I'm leaning a little too much without the help of my Reach seat.

I had to buy new throttle and clutch cables...I already had the stainless brakeline and he bent his stocker to work for now.

I bought stock OEM cables for the FXD as they are the shortest.

Here are some pics of the Superglide:

I just recently switched from these Crazy Z bars. They were very comfortable, but not really the look I was going for.

I had a 2000 Sportster Custom with bars that looked exactly like the bars in the pic. Maybe thats what they are.
