Default What kind of helmet do you have?

Interested to hear in what type of helmets the majority of you are wearing. I am trading up from my sport bike, so all I have right now is a full face mask. Not sure how comfortable I would be in a half, or 3/4 helmet, but I would like to find one that matches the paint scheme on the bike, Black with Orange Flames.

Also if you guys bought online and had a good experience please share the link.

I havent seen too many Harley riders wearing fullface helmets, but I am pretty sure I will be one of them. After wearing them for so long, I dont think I will feel too protected in anything less. Thanks for the reply.

No helmet law, but I have a Fulmer half in case I cross state lines.

It is DOT and pretty low pro for a DOT rated lid.

Good luck

HJC IS-Max Modular FF most of the time. When it gets really hot I switch to a HJC CL-31 3/4 with 1/2 shield.

I wear a Shoei Multitech helmet. That is their flip face version. I hate windshields, but I also hate crap hitting my face, so this works for me. Had a Nolan modular before this one. Not a bad helmet, but the Shoei is a big step up. Very quiet and comfortable. Have had it for 3 years now... full retail is around $500 but I got it onlilne from a place called parts411 for $360 including shipping.
