depends on the tire height and especially width.
What size tire you plan to run?

I went with the 21" x 3.25" from jireh cycles and run a 120/70/21 and it handles a lot better then stock and feels smoother. It doesn't grab tar snakes or grooves. I love my 21!! Here's how you can do it using your own hub and stock spokes. Save you some cash and get the looks.

I had the stock hub relaced w 21" laces, hoop. Ride did not significantly change but looks alot better. Looks like the bike should come w a 21"

Bike rides nice with the 120/70. The bike may take a bit more pressure on the bars to turn in but it felt more stable after the upgrade.
