Was that the Rustoleum Black Aplliance Paint?

Looks great!! It looks like you knocked the chrome dust seals up before you taped them off. Makes for a clean job for sure.

Looks great, been kicking around the idea of color matching mine, was hoping to find someone that has already done theirs, just not sure if I'd like it...Black on black bikes makes such sense there, should have been factory

with you owning a low rider, you can sand down then polish up to near chrome brilliance. Would look better than color matching IMO.

i like the black look myself. I took my lowers apart and had them powder coated tho - $200 for trees, clamps, lower caps and lowers.

Yes, that's appliance epoxy. It works great. People have had it on their lowers for years.

i bought some the same paint to paint a freezer, but the freezer didnt work and i kept the paint to do just this! but i'm undecided... b/c i want my trees done in gloss black also. i'll probably end up powdercoating instead. but i agree, this is a nice mod!

That's a PepsX stand. It is rock solid. I use my harbor freight jack to lift the bike and then lower it on the PepsX. You can leave it up there as long as you want and feel confident. I think I paid about 120 for it.
