Default Anyone here have a Stiffey?

Sorry for the lame double entendre. Just couldn't help myself.

Was reading Barnett's Magazine (July-August issue) and came across the Rivera Primo Stiffey in the Product News Section.

Price sounds good ($108) compared to other devices used to improve stability in the rubber mounted bikes.

Rivera Primo, Inc. has a pretty good rep, so maybe this product is a good deal. Here is the link if you want to check it out:

From what I can see these are for FL models not Dyna's.

Poly bushings for the swingarm. Theoretically it would help the backend, to remove the sway as poly is definitely stiffer than the rubber bushings. Think rubber -> poly handlebar bushings.

I just verified using Ronnie's online partsfinder that the bushings on the FL and FX model (2007 at least) are the same exact number so in theory the aforementioned kit should fit on a Dyna.

Yep, you're correct. I just got a RG and meant to post it in the Touring Forum. As SC-Longhair said, maybe the kit will also work on the Dyna's. If so, it may be an less expensive alternative to some of the other kits out there.

I'd give it a try if it gets good reviews and works on my Dyna. Drop them a line and ask about Dyna fitment?

I'm thinking about trying them on my bagger.
