not a thread about boxers vs briefs but axle nut covers...

I've an 07 Street Bob and I was about to get a set of front/rear black axel nut covers from HD but they claim to only fit 08 and up (i'm guessing due to the change in size of the axle) - does anyone know if they for sure wont fit? Or if there's an alternate source?

I might end of getting the WillieG ones and having 'em powdered gloss black to tone down the skull-iness...

 

07 axle is 1"...08+ is 25mm. They are practically the same size as 1" = 25.4mm but if the moco says they won't fit then they won't fit.
