Default 07 superglide battery draw

my 07 fxd draws slight power when key is off, when I hook up negative connector to battery there is a slight spark hence which must meen it is drawing power. Is this normal? Thanks. Magivorsuperglide (New guy).

A slight draw is normal on these bikes. If you don't have one, get yourself a battery tender. I have been using one for years and it really extends the life of the battery and maintains a full charge without over charging the battery.

I finally broke down and got a battery charger after coming out to a dead battery a couple times. My 05 Sporty battery never got so low I had to jump start it or use a charger. This bike however will get a pretty low battery if I let it sit 2 weeks.
