HD QD here. I take it off for cleaning, or for a short ride once in a while just to remind me of how much better it is when it's on. Installs or comes off in seconds, cleans up great with Lemon Pledge, keeps me warmer in cold air and keeps the bugs off me the rest of the time. I love it.

I need to figure out a light baffle on mine too though. It really does reflect a lot of light when it's in the lowest position.

For bug removal just drape a wet towel over it for about 20 minutes, then use it to wipe them off. I normally follow this with a dry microfiber towel and Pledge.

I just Pledge the crap out if it, let it soak into the bugs, and wipe them right off with a microfiber towel.

I use the Memphis Shades QD as well. No buffeting noted. Cleans easily. Mine has the dark shaded lower half. Starting to notice some checkering from the sun. But it's been in the desert for a while.

Got the hd touring yesterday. Works good, started out all the way up where I was looking through it.stopped and lowered it down against the head light and could feel wind on top of helmet al little and had real bad orange reflections from the factory position blinkers.going back up high today! That was much better! It does pretty good at reducing wind on my arms as i hoped.

You can also get a complete kit for a Dyna like so http://www.bikerhaven.net/servlet/th...FAIRING/Detail

I've been looking at that real hard lately.
