Personally I think the contrast would look cool rather than all one, similar surface.

Wrinkle black rockers look awesome. A recent thread on here showed a members bike that had wrinkle rockers and gloss lower rockers. It looked pretty good.

Personally speaking I always think it's nice to have a contrast and a completely all black crinkle finish on everything on an engine doesn't look quite right, but hey it's only my personal opinion.

Here are some better pics of my gloss upper rocker covers. All powder coating done by "The Powder Pro". Rocker covers, pipes, wheels and hubs.
