Could be.... I have a 2006 WG and the rear fender is way different than yours....

I didn't read all the posts, but I do concur with Zappa. I don't like what's showing nor the nonconformity to the fender. The fit doesn't look like it should, not at all, especially up close. That seat pan is warped or something and the stitching or glue or staples or whatever should not show up under the edge.

Bottom line, it looks like ****, send it back.

I'm about to buy a Sport Tour for my 11 WG but reading this makes me think twice. Let us know how C&C handles the issue. If they don't fix yours I'll be ordering a Danny Gray...

 

I hope it turns out ok. C&C seems like a real good company with great customer service. I just ordered the Fastback with a removeable driver backrest for the 2010 RG earlier today. Sure hope the fit is good.

 

One of the best looking sears around for sure.. I love how high the back comes up and flows into the rear fender. Let us know how this comes out.

 

my sport tour has that gap too BUT, i bought it on here & it fit perfectly on the previos owners bike.

doesn't bother me....
