Anybody cover the stock hand grips with lace-up covers?
#11
Personally, I like thinner grips. I raced off-road for many years and my first Harley had those fat foam grips. It felt like I was holding on to beer cans and at high speeds my hands and fingers got fatigued from trying to hold on. I went with the thinnest grips I could find and my fingers wrapped around them much better. By the way, my hands are size XL.
I prefer my grips to be thin and my hand controls to be as thin and smooth as possible. Leather is nice, but I don't let it interfere with my grips or hand levers.
