This is what I got but not sure if they will work with heel rests. I got it off Debrix website by VTWIN Mfg for $30 .

Just pull the shifter side heel rest and match the pegs. The heel hammer is great. I don't know why more people don't go with them. I bought mine from deweys customs three years ago when he was the only one making them. Guess he didn't patent the piece.

That looks like a nice piece of work. How has the chrome held up?

I had it pc'd black. Great quality and price to. I tried to get the Dewey Heel Hammer shifter but he said he was not making them anymore then I came across this one on Debrix. Probably the best mod I have added to the bike. I love it. And for $30 not bad price.

blacknsilver, which one is that? I looked on their website and saw one like it but it didn't say it was for the dyna. I have a '06 SG and would love to have one of these.

Dewey does not make them anymore but you can get them on the Debrix website for $29.99
