Ditto to the ditto on price and logo's. I don't hate logo's with a passion but is it needed on EVERY piece as prominent as they have it? DEAD center? Between the ridiculous price and the obnoxious centered logo's I just can't pull the trigger on what I generally think are really nice parts.

+1 on that, worth much less with his advertising on everything, my "clarity" derby cover only cost me 20.00 in material and about 3 hours to make on my mill even with polishing.
Considering that stuff is made on a CNC the prices are outrageous.

I will say Rolands quality is second to none, but ive just never been a fan of his HD accesorries these included. I would love to get my hands on the CR500 cafe racer he built though (drooool)

Parts look nice but they have to be on the right bike. I also don't like logos on my bike parts unless it is small and located correctly.

I love his air cleaner designs but I to think they are overpriced and I'm not going to drop that kind of coin to advertise for him.

Good for all those paranoid 88" owners that have the old tensioner style.

I agree that RSD stuff is overpriced, but for a bunch of guys who own Harleys, I am a little surprised that it bothers you that the RSD logo is on everything. HD has their logo on absolutely everything... from the tank, to the tires to every little bolt. If you want to talk about "overmarketing", HD is the KING!

One more thing... while the clear derby cover looks pretty on a non-moving bike, the minute the bike's primary starts spinning and spitting oild everywhere, I don't think it would look so good...

Difference is except for the tank badge, HD logo's are MUCH more subtle
