So, I was pondering the age old question of whether the new black LED will fit in the Cobra II housing. Ok, maybe it was MY old age pondering the question or I had too much time on my hands...

It helped that the low beam had burned out, I had a SERIOUS itch for that LED, and I needed to install the Flash2Pass sitting on the table for a month. But I really liked the Cobra II style. So I said to myself, "Self, will that fit?"

And the answer? "Well, yes! Yes it will!"

(It did happen to require a lot of patience finessing it into place. It's such a fine fit, I had use a corkscrew type awl to ease it back out after test fitting it.)

 

Looks great! And you've answered another "Will the H-D LED headlamp fit in my..." question.

Wow, great job. Now you have one of the best lights in one of the best looking housings. Thats using the old noodle for sure.
