If youre still having trouble seeing posted pics, get your post count up a little more.
This is what the *** of mine looks like with bags similar to yours. I have the QD hardware, and thats the only thing spacing the bags off the fender. If it were any closer, it would interfere with the shocks. And yes, these bags do have shock cutouts
Saddlemen bags with saddlemen mounts. Most people dont like the mount system because its difficult to install.

Probably not at all what you are interested in, but these work for me.
They look smaller than my "leather" slant bags, but they actually hold more. They are mounted on EZ Brackets. Sorry, but the actual rear view photo came out too dark to see, this one was the next best view.
I just got tired of undoing the buckle releases and prying off the Velcro to open the bags, so I bought these for $144. Very fast to open and close.
