Well,... I have seen another Dyna on this forum with a 240. Its also a pretty easy mod to change to a 200 when changing to a 18in wheel and moving your turn signals. I think anything larger than a 200mm on the rear of a Dyna will just be out of place on such a great handling bike, but thats just my opinion.

You don't get the shock value with the 200 plus they're just not enough meat to really really hook up. One of my other planned mods is a huge engine. Like 140"+ I believe in more than you need I guess. LOL

Wow, that's a LOT of cash for that modification. You're looking at over $4,100.00 for the parts alone,($3395.00 for the kit, $750.00 for the wheel) then add paint on the fender, labor if you don't do it yourself, probably $4500.00 in all. Got to admit though, the wider tires do look good, but I really don't think they'll make the bike handle any better, most likely worse.

Probably isn't much of a problem since I'm guessing that riding high speed through corners isn't something that most guys who put this on are worried about anyway.

Yeah if I was worried about the twisties I'd have bought a Buell. Most of my riding is either highway or from bar to bar. I know this kits a little pricey which is why i'm shopping around I know I can do better as far as the rim and the fender goes.

I went to a 240 about 10 months ago, took it on a 2800 mile trip over the summer. Totally pleased with looks and handling. I got the kit and wheels from Hog Pro, stand up company! Kit was $1,600 then wheels, tires, fender.
Be prepared to get into some fab work to get the tire centered. Be glad to get into more details, shoot me a email with any questions

I like it I could settle for a 240 that would make it easy to find tires and it might be cheaper to build.
