You might want to visit the Softail section once or twice and see the host of insanely sick custom motorcycles those guys build with duals. Pretty impressive stuff that no geezer would ever ride.

A set of Dual Black Thunder Headers on a Dyna would be nice , ( couldn't find any photo's with black dual ..... )

There's a 1981 Shovelhead for sale on Craigslist in South River, NJ. This guy has done exactly what you guys are trying to do. His Craigslist ad has all the photos you need. Here's the ad: http://cnj.craigslist.org/mcy/2678311422.html

Duals are a piece of cake on a solid mounted motor like an old Shovel. Doing them on a rubber mount like a Dyna, or without all the luggage bracketry that the baggers have is where it gets tough.
