I'm about your height 5'3 and the lowrider was okay with the stock shock, but
I decided to drop it another inch and it is perfect. I did'nt feel too comfortable with the mids so I decided to try shifting and braking with my heel and the forward riding position worked for me. Took me a while to find bars that gave me a good riding posture, and finally settled on a set of Z type drag bars with some pullbacks and 6.5 risers did a 200 mile ride with it and it was great. It looks like you have a great plan for your scoot when finally get it, good luck and keep us posted.

Take advantage of the dealer you go to to look at the bikes, if they let you test....test ride anything that catches your eye. We all favor the Dyna's, but those might note be the bikes that fits you the best. I test road a CVO Road Glide and I sware the seat is at the same height or maybe even lower then my lowered Street Bob, but that is because it has a very low profile seat.
Anyways, good luck find YOUR bike.........and keep the rubber side down!

About the Low Rider, since they discontinued it what bout replacement parts? Are they all the same as ones used on some other dynas? I've been thinking about finding a LR but don't want to buy something I can't get OEM parts for, or have to pay more for since their now in limited supply. Thoughts?
