Default 2011 WG- making progress!!

Well I got my pipes (Freedom Performance) on her and got rid of the ugly license plate mount. Put a windvest sheild on and grips, mirrors and shorter shocks too. Oh yea a mustang seat. Looking forward to this winter, I think a springer front end is in my future??- steve

I have always thought of a windvest. Just cant see how it can do anything. But people say it does. Someday i will find someone with one and try it out. Looks 100 times better than a windshield. Those pipes are looooonnnnnngggggg. I guess if they were shorter they would look like v&h bigshots with those chrome tips.

Default Windvest

I love the clean look of this sheild, but I am 5'9" . this sheild works better on shorter riders like me, not so good with tall guys. I where perscription glasses and can run 90mph and no problem seeing. I work at 3am, need a sheild for bugs, this works great!

Bikes lookin good. Me, I'd forget about the Springer. Wind Vest rules. Rode my FXR from Alaska to Los Angeles, 3500 miles. Can't even imagine that distance without it.

Looks great, where did you get the license plate mount? A springer front end would be sweet!

Someday in the next couple of years Im thinking about a springer for my front end. I hear Paughco makes one that works great.
