Ok, here is a terrible rear view of the bag.
And for the lid flopping, I was at a leather shop with the guys, took it in and had a snap put on the front, worked like a charm, and clean.

Looks great. Thanks for posting the rear profile. Looks like it'll hold a decent amount of stuff.

INADAZE, that's 4" not the standard 3" thought I should mention that.
