big shots sound better to me. short shots tend to sound raspy on most bikes I have heard when you come off throttle. Some do sound great though. Not sure why.

Look into the Rush full systems. Friend of mine has one on his Street Bob and it sounds very nice.

I have the big shots with the quiet baffle. Perfect sound level and deeper tone. Not quiet per se- just deeper. If you live in a neighborhood and want to get out to work without making enemies, think big shots with quiet baffle and trust me - when you idle and get on it - there is nothing quiet about it.

I would go with the big shots or side shots, they seem to have a deeper tone than the short shots. I like my bikes to have a nice deep grumble

Talking Thank you everyone.

I think you've answered my question. Think I'm going with the big shots...like a deep, loud, throaty sound...baffles, no way!

you say no baffles? listen to them with no baffles. its no joke. i found a video on utube on an 11 wg with big shots and no baffles but for some reason when i link it here it doesnt work.

just go to utube and search 2011 dyna wide glide part 2 and you will hear it with no baffles

The Bigshots and Sideshots have the powerchamber and are better systems than the Shortshots. I had the Sideshots w/BCT QQ's and they sound and run great but I felt like going a bit quieter with my Supermeg. My Brother has the Sideshots on his 2011 Superglide now and he's happy with them.
