Default question about samson ripsaws on 07 Wide glide

just finished putting ripsaws on my 07 wide glide and they are ALOT longer than the advertised pic on their website, Is the rear tire more forward on a wide glide than a super glide? the first pic is the pic on their website and the second is my wide glide with them. there is a pretty big difference and I wasnt wanting pipes that long!

I think they look GREAT on your scoot, better than the Super Glide, but that is a little odd that they differ SO much.

I have the Sampson Rip Saws on my scoot. It's an 03 wide glide and they bend just behind the front of the back tire. Weird.

Good looking pipes, but it sure is odd to have that much variance!

to Keith_71, the first photo you displayed are Samson pipes copied from our web site. the second photo appears as a knockoff of our styling since we do not make that style rear pipe.
thank you,
JR

Question Not even close

Those pipes don't look like any Samsons that I've seen. The front & rear pipes aren't even the same length due to the lack of the bend in the rear pipe around the timing cover. That's why the pipe is hitting the battery box. They are definately some sort of cheap knock-offs. I hope you didn't pay too much for them. Bummer!
