It's Aug 2nd, sunny and 90 degrees. We have a relatively short prime riding season and you're thinking about winter mods?

In my work conditions it take that long to save the money that i need to complete the mods, proper planning doesn't affect my riding now or later.

If you are like me and are sitting at work surfing on here, then prudent planning is a good idea!!! I have not heard of "transparent black paint" though.

VHT makes a transparent black paint to tint lens covers. Dont know how it would hold up on fork lowers. http://www.vhtpaint.com/niteshades.html. I would powdercoat them black along with your trees.

Sounds pretty cool. I'm curious to see how it turns out. Wonder if its durable enough for the lower forks?
