I say HELL no! A wind shield is NOT for me. Do what YOU want to your scoot, I think they are butt-ugly. And for me they do not fit on a bike. If you don't want wind hop in a cage. And I have NO problem hearing "LJ" at all and if I did a windshield would not be the answer...it would be louder pipes or getin' thebugs out of my ears.

WE STILL FEEL WIND!! It's a windshield, not an armored shield. If you dont want a windshield, that is fine. But dont tell me about riding in a car. It knocks just enough wind to enjoy the whole experience.

I have the Harley quick detachable and only use it for long hauls. That's why I like it, on and off in a jiffy. 90% of the time I don't use it, but when I rode the bike from denver, co to ft. smith, ar it was PRICELESS!!!!

Hate how it looks on my bike, but love the comfort. Not a single problem with it. However, I do use Novus to clean it often and am surprised with the amount of pitting it is getting.

Got spoiled with it. Won't do my long rides w/o it.

Got a windvest and only use it on long trips or when it is cold out.......I rode about 350 miles yesterday and should have used it. By the time I got home, I looked like a fly strip.....of course there was every bug except for flies.....

Couldn't ride the bob with a 1/2 helmet w/o a wind vest. Hatemy full coverage. Like it and use it always...STILL PLENTY WINDY!

I've got a detachable windshield but I rarely use it. I find it kinda annoying to look at while I'm riding. I only use it when it's cold out.

did my first1000miles of a 2000 mile road trip without one. bought a quick release on the way back. like night and day for me. it doesn't block all the wind and redirects some, but it was vastly more comfortable with it. any time im doing more than 100 miles i'll throw it on, i really can't imagine doing long trips without it.
