I wanna get a backrest pad with a button in the middle next to match the seat. Have to find one that will fit the hoop style upright (doesn't have the insert across the middle)

+1 on the topic got too get use to the wind blast across the chest area. but have to ask does your bike feel even more nimble? it does on mine - the shield

You can get the matching sissy bar pad for your seat from Mustang. They have them in the J&P cycles catalog. Don't know about it fitting your sissy bar upright or not though.

well, without a shield on anything it does feel more nimble, because the bike seems smaller

I find this to be true, too. I'm guessing it's mostly psychological, but whatever the case, it's much more fun!

Quick detach windsheilds are sweet! Mine if off most of the time during the summer months but will probably go back on this weekend when we leave for a trip. As the temperature drops in the fall it stays on most of the time.
