I would like to see that color in person. Looks great. I guess my only regret now is the 103 motor. Would of liked to get that. But hey bike looks great.

Great looking bike. I am pretty sure the new smaller O2 sensors are the heated four wire type so they get the bike into closed loop fuel management sooner for ever tightening emission requirements. Chances are the connectors are not the same and if the connectors are the same older larger O2s might not have a signal that is compatible with what your computer is looking for. Hopefully I am wrong, possibly the dealer or someone knowledgeable in vehicle electronics can help you out.

I might run to the Harley dealer today to look at the 2012 Wide Glide a bit more closely. I want to see this new o2 sensor for myself. This topic interests me, for some reason.

when I eliminated the O2's on my new bagger, they were the smaller 12mm type, and they were 2 wire.

If you were to go with a Power Commander 5 tuner, the O2's are eliminated, BTW.

Cutting out the 18mm bungs and welding in 12mm bungs is an EASY job for a welder.

Cut out the bungs from the stock pipe, cut out the bungs in the V&H pipe, and weld them in.

Also, if you go with the PC-V with Auto Tune, the wide band Bosch sensors fit the 18mm bungs on the aftermarket pipes, and wire directly to the Auto Tune. The two-wire plugs are still eliminated from the stock controller.

Yeah, that's definitely true. Been thinking about welding some 18's into my headtube so I can go to the autotuner.

Congrats on the new scooter BTW. Always good to see someone getting a new toy. Life is short.

if getting the 103 for more power was your goal you could have gone to Fuelmoto and got their 107" kit installed , dyno tuned , bought a pile of chrome parts and still had money left over AND you'd have a faster bike than the 103 .

nice bike though , great color !
