Whoever told you that is a complete idiot. The dealer closest to me even sells Amsoil.

Done deal amsoil will be in bike my Saturday.the venture begins.nothing is ever easy in my life not even a f%$king oil change.

I use amsoil and have for a while, Never had a problem.

oh and your dealer is an idiot.

Amsoil and mobil 1 are two of the best oils going . If they wanted to invalidate your warranty they ought to do it with the oil they sell. I am going to change over at 3000 miles. Just save your receipts so you can show the oil was changed. +1 on finding a different dealer.

My dealer suggested it also. Told me to put the amsoil trans fluid in also.
