The black one.
Stage 1 AC Kit, Dyno Tuned.
Hopefully some kind of slip on with a fishtail end cap.

Walked in Sound HD in Marysville, WA this afternoon and saw this sitting on the floor - not sold. Looks much better than the red but I am biased. Maybe black hasn't got to BFE yet? LOL

If the trees use 41mm tubes, and the nacelle / tins / light works from a fatboy, then doing the fatboy front end swap will be allot easier, as you will not need to cut and grind on the trees from a fatboy and the neck of the dyna. When i get back home i am going to go down to the stealership with a 12 inch micrometer to get an idea if it would be possible to do.

i may only take the fld trees and then the rest can be pieced together for a reasonable price. according to robs used harley parts, I should be able to use my SB front wheel and brake caliper. I will try to get an idea of if this is possible as well.
I don't know about the tins fitting, the nacelle in the FLD is a very different looking animal compared to the Softail version.

I saw a red one at A.D. Farrows a few days ago, it was pretty sweet. I personally think the bags look good in person. Not too small like they seem in pics. I prefer this to the RK since about 85% of my riding is around town, I can ditch the bags and windshield and ride a bike that looks essentially like a fat boy. I think that's the market for this bike, this bike was never intended to take sales from the RK. Two completely different markets.

They look similar but are still very different, I have one for a Softail and have looked at the FLD unit.
