Default Frame stickers... removal

I recently noticed the MoCo factory 'safety' stickers and vin number sticker were looking pretty shabby on my Street Bob so I removed them. Is this a stupid thing to have done? I couldn't see why I need to keep them and it has cleaned up the frame a whole lot. Thanks.

You're not the first, the one item on there you may need down the road is the production date. Write in your manual and forget the sticker was ever there.

Mine are gone....the VIN is stamped in the frame. Some will disagree with it, but I don't see any need for more than that... I think you'll be fine.

I figure it translates to 2-3 HP improvement. And since my bike is black, and black is the fastest color, I was already up 4-5 HP from that too.

JK......remove away.

Removed them before I had 10 miles on the bike. Figured it would be easier to remove while they were still new. I hate stickers!

I removed the Safety sticker but left the other one. I've been tempted to remove it......
