Replacing bulb on 5 3/4" bullet headlight kit
#1

I believe that is the same light that came on my bike when I bought it
The small allen screws at the bottom need to be removed first then the ring around the headlight glass just unscrews but you will need to use both thumbs at opposite sides to try to turn the ring backwards (unscrew).......NOTE the ring does not look like it would unscrew but it will
Once that is removed, there is another ring that unscrews behind the trim ring you just took off and it has the little holes in it that should fit your tool. I did not have a tool so I used a punch to unscrew it.
Once both are unscrewed and removed, the glass lamp housing will come out
As far as a new lamp goes, I just installed an HID in mine (The bulb size is an H4)
Going back together is not that easy, be very careful not to cross thread it.
It is best to take some cleaner and a tooth brush to the threads before reassembly.......WD wont hurt either
Hope this helps
