06 dyna owners - what is your mileage and what issues if any did you have so far?

'06 FXDBI
approx 30k miles
1 Stator/rotor
1 IPB
1 dirty crank position sensor
1 bad pin connector
1 set front and rear brake pads
1 set front and rear tires
1 battery
Stator/rotor came apart at 14k. While I was replacing that, I discoverd the IPB was going bad - fixed on Moco's dime. Waiting for 2nd IPB failure to get full monty.
Dirty crank position sensor at around 20k
Electrical problem at around 22k - rear injector code on speedo readout. Couldn't trace that one myself so I took it to the dealer. First, they replaced the old injectors with 25 degree spray, and new fuel map. That wasn't the problem. Then they replaced fuel pump. That wasn't the problem. They finally traced it to a bad pin connector at the box. Dealer ended up loosing money on that little issue.
I've replaced front and rear brake pads, one front and one rear tire in 30k miles.
If the repairs were done by a dealer, HD will have a record of it. You just have to give your VIN to any dealer and they will look it up.

Had an 2006 Dyna Super Glide FXDI, that i just traded in over the weekend. Had 29,200 miles on it. I had a primary bearing issue around 7500-8000 miles. It is a known problem on half the VINs produced. Its not a official recall, but Harley will fix it on a "Good Faith Fix," even if your warrenty is over. Then around 21k the fuel line inside the gas tank developed a leak by rubbing against the tank inside. Was hissing during start up. Easy Fix though. Other than that just normal wear and tear items. Happy Riding!
