54,000 miles on 06 superglide
i changed the inner primary bearing around 30,000 when i change transmission front pully to 30 t. The bearing had signs of wear but never went "bad"

my rotor did come apart and destroy the stator, but the dealership did all the repairs for free the same day it happened. So i can't complain about that and of course they gave me the better welded one.

34,000 miles. The only part I've had to replace was the rear pulley ( rock damage, no belt guard)

32k plus now, purchased 09-2005.
1. Inner Primary Bearing failed around 25k.
Welded the Rotor bolts to alternator to keep from coming out, precaution work while doing IPB.
2. Wiring to the rear injector cracked in the insulation making intermitten connection and causing hesitation randomly. Was fun troubleshooting that
3. Front motor mount around 25k. Replaced both mounts and installed True Track.
That is it for the OE issues.

22K on mine. I've had issues, but, only one really related to the manufacturer and that was a broken injector wire which the dealer fixed at no charge (out of warranty).

I will admit to hearing what I think might be the sounds you guys attribute to the IPB issue, however, I really have to listen for it. Based on what I've read here, I think it's supposed to be a lot more noticeable than what I can hear. Which begs the question...

Is it normal to hear some sound differences while doing the clutch out-neutral thing? I'm not hearing any rocks in a can or old metal skateboard wheels or anything like that. It just sounds like it's quietly barking, if that makes any sense.

Bought last fall with 10,400 on it......
Quickly noticed the unusual sound from down low..this forum pointed me to the IPB issue that 06 Dynas had.

Rode her through the cold late fall, snowy winter, and early spring..she's got about 14,000 on her now. Just last weekend the IPB gave up the ghost and failed while out on a 2-up ride with my wife.

She's getting a Baker IPB transplant right now.

Original tires.
