Used Superglide Custom price question
I'm looking for a Superglide Custom less than 4 years old (or so). I know a lot will depend on how loaded up it is, but what price range should I expect to pay? I'm seeing stock bikes, or almost stock, priced from $7,500-$12,000. If it matters based on areas, I live in central Maryland.
Thanks for input

My '09 FXDC was $9k, a year ago. You can buy one brand-new for $12k. Check eBay closed auctions for recent selling prices. Low KBB & Nada can be used to determine wholesale price. Add-on equipment adds nothing to value. Condition/mileage is everything. Avoid all car dealers; avoid high-mileage and highly modified bikes. Look for a near-stock cream-puff that has not been screwed over by an amateur. Try to buy from original owner.

Thanks
I looked at a heritage 2005 with 25000 miles for $12,800
And a Custom Superglide 2010 for $12,500
They were both nice bikes but that's more than I'm looking to spend. The Dyna had modified exhaust , front controls and some other mods. I'm looking for nearly stock
I'll start looking at Craigs List

Same with me, I wasn't even looking for a bike let alone a silver one but sometimes the price is nice and you go for it. Now, there's really nothing in the harley line to make me move.

Low Rider was right . I looked at a 2009 Dyna before just biting the bullet and going new with a 2011 Dyna Streetbob . I got a winter interest rate deal from HD . 800 dollars total interest on my loan and 9800 dollars for my 2005 heritage as trade. you will save about 3000 dollars buying used (2009 Dyna 9500 dollars with stage one kit and Super Tuner). that is what it was here in montana anyway. I paid just over 12 and got the new bike . Payments for me where actually only about 20 dollars a month difference between new and used. Your mileage may very. this purchase was made May of 2011 so that is the most current information I can give. Now that its "riding" season if there is such a thing a bike might cost a bit more.
