looks killer painted,what primer/paint was used?

 

cmonster, that's just Dupli Color spray paint w/ a clear coat from the auto parts store. Now I do take time to wet sand,compound,polish and do a final glaze to make it acceptable as a paint job. Some thumb their noses at spray paint but it works for me. I'd like to get a spraying rig so I could lay down urethane instead of lacquer but for now I'm stuck with spray paint.

 

How do you like the sound of the SE slip-ons? I bought the same model (and same color) Superglide this spring, and I am considering getting these.

I don't really want anything that is too loud.

That is why I bought the SE's. The dealer I went to had several used bikes with different pipes and I liked the SE's best. The others were to loud for me. Try going to a dealer and ask if they have one with SE's so you can hear them.
