How's that as an attention grabber? Anyway, I had a Badgcustoms solo bag that wasn't maintaining its shape very well. I just put a couple of well placed snaps and problem solved.

My bag isn't saggy but my sack is starting to be that way. I'll be damned if I'm gonna put any snaps on it though...

i have teh same problem with my solo bag. with only gloves and 2 pairs of glasses the bag is pretty saggy. i think if the leather was thicker it would be fine. so i wound up cutting a piece of 1/4" ply the shape of the front and inserted it in the bag. helped but didnt solve the problem.

Sorry to hear that about the bags. I have been holding back on putting my order in until some reviews came in after a little use. I am hearing more and more about these things being floppy and rubbing on fender and strut paint. Looked like a great idea and I am in the market for some great looking bags but not these I guess.

Sent an E-mail to Greg last week about my left side bag for the same problem. The straps are distorting the bag cover and it's lost all it's shape. My right side bag is holding its own. I do carry a bunch of crap in them though including tool pouches in each side.

I have the same problem with mine. I have right and left solo bags and I have been trying to figure out what to do. I really like the bags other than this issue. Lets keep posting our ideas for a solution to this on this thread.

I wouldn't call it a problem.....maybe more of a minor issue. And yes, I have the same bags. The right-side bag seems golden. It's probably because it is leaning on the bike. The left-side bag seems like it's hanging a bit.

If you move of the buckle, it's a tighter fit.

Anyway, it adds character and the more I use them, the more they'll look that way. I'm fine with it.

Where did you get the snaps? How hard are they to instal?

You can get them from just about any arts and craft store. Make sure they are strong enough for leather. Simple to install. Line up the flap with the contour of the bag itself to determine where the snap(s) should go. This pic is from when I first put the bag on. It shows a little of sag, but it definitely got worse. The snaps help the bag keep its shape.
