Default headlight options...

ok. so my headlight went out. took it apart and saw the coolest thing ever. i had a bit of a short and everyhting melted together. how my bike did not go up in flames? i have no idea. but now im on the search for a new headlight set up. id like it to be black and my budget is 200 bucks. i might just try to find a stock take off and run on of those chopper blocks that stick it out further and put one of those trim rings with the visor on it. i dont know. anyone got any suggestions?

heres a pic to give you an idea of what my bike looks like.

that headlight is sick. i saw one last night and i was about to order it but when i was reading the description it said it was abs plastic. i really do like the one you posted my only thing is... it looks like there is only 2 wires coming out of the housing... does this mean i wont have brights? because the harley harness is a 3 wire power, ground, and signal for high beams.

Not sure, you could probably shoot Outlaw Cycle a quick message and ask them. I have heard good things about them as a company.

sent outlaw a msg. im gonna wait for theyre reply. i also didnt realize that that one is 9 inches long... might stick out a little too far on my forks.

ADCD875-
ill have to check Zanotti and check cost. i found a few complete stock setups on ebay but they dont have a buy it now option thats why im entertaining the idea of something different. as far as the Panamera goes theyre ok just too many blind spots for my liking and for the money of a v6 model you can get a new v8 cayenne.

As for the two wires, the ground is probably integral, so the two wires are for high and low. I think to be DOT compliant that must be the case.

my bike is an 07 fxd but ive done some stuff to it so it doesnt really look like an 07 fxd anymore. its earned itself the nickname "superbob" so no warrenty. i actually just ended up buying a completed headlight assembly on ebay evrything powder coated black and it has the wiring harness.

as far as the cup holder... i love it. it was really simple to put on so i figured i would just use it on longer trips but i havent taken that thing off. i use it constantly. it keeps my drinks cool and ive put other stuff in there too keys, cellphone, change. whatever. but since kanagroo gas stations have that refillable cup if im riding theres a coke slushing in that thing. people say it looks funny but those are the same people that are thirsty when when were riding.
