Default Damn that 2011 WG seat SUCKS

OK, I switched back to my Stock seat for looks. Took my touring seat off and planned to only use it when me and the Miss go for a ride. Well SHYT, the stock seat is absolute CRAP compared to that Touring seat. Guess I will go back to the Tour seat and say to hell with the looks LOL... Just thought I would share that...

For anyone interested this is the HD seat I have on my 2011 Dyna WG now

My stock SB seat isn't anything to brag about either. After an hour of riding I have to get off.

I see a new seat or an alteration in the future.

if you leave it on long enough to break in?

Did the moco change the name of the "sundowner" to "the touring seat"? Sundowner was one fugly seat. I can say that because I owned one.

I had the Stock seat on for the first 1100 miles and I was hoping it would break in. I thought it had...Then from day one the Touring seat felt good, no break in. So go figure... I tend to believe the whole "break-in" thing is a joke for seats after that.

Yes, they make the sundowner still, the stiching is a little different from the touring and the rider bucket shape looks different too.

Man, I use a stock Wide Glide seat on my Street Bob and have never had a problem. Wife just has a gell pad she uses on long rides.

I flat out couldn't ride mine with the stock seat. Being tall, my tail bone kept bouncing off the passenger pillion and got be damned painful after even short rides. C&C solved my problems.

I can go about an hour and a half on it. But once I get to the point where I need a break, I need them more frequently.

I don't really know what seat to get, because its subjective between everybody. I guess if I buy one and don't like it, there's always ebay and then I will have to try another.
