Hello....Go to your local motor company and ask for some "polylube". Put a little dab on 3-4 spots on the belt....if it still chirps,... then take a closer look at bearings, rubs, Ect.

 

Thanks for all the input...and the noise problem was fixed yesterday. It was not coming from the primary....it was coming from a loose bolt, right side of the top motor mount. Took the tank up, tightened the right bolt...left side bolt was good, and put the tank back. Fired it up, and that "chirping" noise was gone. At least for now....

But, I'm keeping all the info on the IPB problem with copies of the letters from moco for whatever might happen down the road.
