Hey there, Yeah it's the stock speedo, and there are no bulbs.. stock is LED aswell but they are amber color, they all look like those little white squares like in the picture.. I hold them with tweezers in one hand and solder them with the other

Awesome, I've never seen that. What type of LED's??
That sure is some slick work! Very nice indeed. Didn't know that you could do that. So even the odometer just 2 LEDs behind to illuminate it? Interesting, Dr. V Twin might be getting an email soon.
I have to ask, just remove the old and solder the new? No other requirements? If one had a steady hand could it be done easily, or does it take a bit bit more experience?

Yes, it is simply just a matter of replacing them with different color versions of the same type of LED.. voltage requirements are all the same, nothing changes except the color of course. Taking the gauge apart is the hardest part really, getting under the face to the screws is challenging if you plan on doing a clean job without tweaking anything, also bending the face too much can cause it to crack and snap in half. Maybe I'll make a step by step tutorial on this soon, it definitely is a bit of a harder mod to do especially if you're not used to working on circuit boards.

Dr. V-TWIN, did you ever get around to writing that tutorial? I am pretty sure I could do this, as I have worked with wiring and soldering for years. I think this looks awesome.

+1 on this Dr. V-TWIN. Would like to try this myself also. Blue lights look great.
